The iManager is interesting for anyone who has or wants 2 service batteries. The iManager ensures that batteries no longer need to be connected in parallel. This has several important advantages:

• Batteries last longer;
• Batteries no longer fail simultaneously (you only replace 1 battery in case of a defect);
• Brand, type (gel/AGM), current strength and age of batteries do not have to be the same;
• Alerts about battery management and maintenance.

The iManager allows you to manage up to three batteries simultaneously or separately. Even if they differ in amperage and brand. The linked automatic battery shutdown function ensures optimal efficiency and maximum battery life.

The control of the battery management is done via a wireless touchscreen. This continuously shows the charge level of the connected batteries and makes it easy to activate or deactivate batteries remotely.

Charging and discharging

The iManager continuously monitors the voltage of up to 3 batteries at the same time. It takes into account charging and discharging currents and chooses the battery to use itself. The NDS iManager also ensures that the charge level remains the same. This way, the batteries can continuously supply power.

Manage batteries via touchscreen

With the touchscreen of the iManager IM12-150, you can manage up to 3 batteries at the same time (or separately). The automatic battery shutdown function ensures that your batteries perform optimally and have a maximum lifespan. The screen continuously shows the charge level and you can directly switch batteries on or off.

Automatic shutdown

iManager is protected with an automatic battery shutdown. This is activated when:

• the voltage of 1 or more batteries is lower than 10.5 V
• the voltage of 1 or more batteries remains lower than 11 V for more than 15 minutes
• the temperature of 1 or more batteries is higher than 70 °C

Special starter battery output

The iManager has a special starter battery output. As soon as it recognizes a charger or solar panel on the service batteries that are 100% full, it supplies 4 A current to the starter battery. This way, you have enough power even after a long stop.
