• When purchasing one of the Canal Digitaal Packed IPTV subscriptions, you will receive the first month of the subscription for free once.
• The one-time registration costs are also covered by Canal Digitaal.
• You pay via an automatic debit. Around the 27th of the month, the monthly amount is collected by Canal Digitaal for the following month. So you always pay a month in advance. This is in accordance with the authorization you give to Canal Digitaal. The digital invoice is ready in your own 'My Canal Digitaal' environment at least three days in advance.
• Canceling the IPTV subscription is easy: call 088-003 85 55 (local rate). Canal Digitaal can be reached from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 21.00 hours.
• Want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription? Upgrading is easy via the 'My Canal Digitaal' environment. Do you want to downgrade? Call 088-003 85 55 (local rate).
